Official Rules
1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open to SoFi members who are enrolled in SoFi Plus as of the time of entry. Entrants must be enrolled in SoFi Plus to be eligible. See the SoFi Plus Terms and Conditions for additional details. Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least twenty one (21) years of age or older as of the time of entry. Employees of Social Finance, LLC (“SoFi”), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible. For purposes of this promotion, immediate family members include spouses, parents, siblings, and children. No purchase necessary to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in this promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and the decisions of SoFi, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
2. ENTRY PERIOD: The entry period begins on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PT and ends once all prizes have been awarded, or on Friday, October 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT, whichever occurs first. Entries submitted before Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PT or after the end date will not be accepted.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible SoFi Plus members must complete the official entry form shared via email and available on the SoFi Plus Experiences landing page during the Entry Period. The form must include:
• Entrant’s first and last name
• Entrant’s email address associated with their SoFi Plus account
• Acknowledgement that travel, accommodations, and any expenses beyond the ticketed portion of the Event are not included
LIMIT: One (1) entry per SoFi Plus member. Multiple entries by the same member will result in disqualification from this promotion.
4. PRIZES: A total of ten (10) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Los Angeles Chargers vs. New York Jets game on Sunday, November 22, 2026, at SoFi Stadium, including access to SoFi Suite hosting (the “Event”). Travel, lodging, meals, parking outside the venue, and all other expenses beyond the ticketed portion of the Event are the sole responsibility of the winner. Tickets are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents, or substitutions except at SoFi’s sole and absolute discretion.
If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled for any reason beyond SoFi’s control, SoFi shall have no obligation to award a substitute prize or provide compensation. SoFi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide an alternate prize of comparable value.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. The first ten (10) eligible SoFi Plus members who complete and submit the entry form during the Entry Period will be selected as winners, subject to SoFi’s confirmation of eligibility. Once all available prizes have been awarded, the entry period will close and no further entries will be accepted. Selected winners will be notified by email at the address provided in their entry form. Winners must complete all required terms & conditions and waiver forms within the specified timeframe (to be provided in the winner notification email). If a selected winner declines, fails to respond, or does not complete the required forms within the specified timeframe, SoFi reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select the next eligible entrant.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except by SoFi in its sole discretion if the prize becomes unavailable. Prizes may not be transferred or resold. SoFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by SoFi in its sole discretion. SoFi is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, misdirected, undeliverable, or incomplete entries; (b) any technical, hardware, software, telephone, or other communications failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (d) printing errors; (e) errors in the administration of the promotion; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
7. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to SoFi and its designees’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and entry information for advertising, promotional, and other purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, permission, review, or compensation.
8. RELEASE: By entering, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless SoFi, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the promotion or from acceptance, possession, receipt, or use of any prize.
The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, including but not limited to The Los Angeles Chargers, LLC, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and NFL International LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.
