The role:
Our finance team is seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst to join our growing team. You will be part of the US Tax team and will help manage all U.S. international, cross-border, and non-U.S. tax matters affecting our business. These responsibilities will include tax modeling, integration, and developing/implementation of tax procedures. This role will report to the Senior Manager, International Tax, but will work closely with the global tax
team.
What you’ll do:
● Prepare components of quarterly and annual international tax calculations, e.g. GILTI, Sub F, BEAT, Pillar 2, etc.
● Assist in tax compliance and accounting technology transformation to accelerate tax filing and tax accounting close timelines.
● Build a robust forecasting model for direct and indirect taxes and department budget in collaboration with Finance.
● Support global audits and responses to tax authority notices.
● Assist with global transfer pricing and intercompany payments, including enhancements to and automation of processes.
● Coordinate international compliance obligations, e.g. U.S. International, Pillar 2.
● Assist with tax research, planning, and implementing tax strategies and programs.
● Support other areas as needed.
What you’ll need:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
● MS in Tax, JD, or CPA preferred.
● 2 - 3+ years of related international tax experience required.
● Public accounting and/or multinational corporate experience is preferred.
● Familiarity or experience with advanced technology such as Alteryx, Power Pivot/Bi, UiPath, Tableau or other RPA and ETL tools.
● High attention to detail with ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Inventive, resourceful and have remarkable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Self-starter and highly collaborative with a strong work ethic.
● Dedication to providing high quality work and eagerness to learn.
● Able to work seamlessly with different parties and departments.
Nice to have:
