Here are some of the pros. An MBA can be a boost to your career and potential earnings. It can also expand your professional network, develop and enhance your skills and bolster future job security. Some of this may be priceless to you.
What’s the return on investment? MBA programs are often expensive, but it’s not only the tuition and room and board you need to keep in mind. Not working means lost wages and probably lost retirement contributions. Your math should account for that when you evaluate potential future earnings and debt levels.
Funding the degree? MBA programs come with varying price tags. Top-tiered schools are likely to be more expensive than online-only programs. When it comes to footing the bill, including fellowships, scholarships, grants, and student loans. Some employers also offer tuition assistance that can offset costs.
