Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80 percent of its net assets in U.S. equity securities, including exchange-traded investment companies that provide exposure to U.S. equity securities, subject to the limitations described below. This investment policy may be changed by the Fund upon 60 days prior written notice to shareholders. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests its assets in securities that are listed on a national securities exchange registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC), and that trade contemporaneously with the Funds shares. The Fund may invest in equity securities of companies of any market capitalization other than penny stocks.
