About Blackrock MuniHoldings California Quality Fund (MUC)

The Trust seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in municipal obligations exempt from U.S. federal income taxes (except that the interest may be subject to the U.S. federal alternative minimum tax) and California personal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Trust invests at least 80% of its assets in investment grade municipal obligations with remaining maturities of one year or more at the time of investment. The municipal obligations in which the Trust primarily invests are either rated investment grade quality, or are considered by the Trusts investment adviser to be of comparable quality, at the time of investment. The Trust may invest up to 20% of its managed assets in securities that are rated below investment grade, or are considered by the Trusts investment adviser to be of comparable quality, at the time of purchase. The Trust may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives.
